  1. Fry the garlic and ginger together for a few min, add onions together with a pinch of salt.. Let it cook for 30 sec
  2. Then now add your liver,allow it to cook at a low heat.
  3. Now start adding your spicy ingredients as you stir it slow,make sure it gets the taste of your ingredients
  4. Add tomato paste with half a cup of water and let it cook for 10-15 min at a low heat.. Dont forget to stir it so as it doesn't stick to your sauce pans
