  1. Soak the liver in water for about 10 minutes to remove the unpleasant smell. Wipe excess water with a paper towel.
  2. Soak Step 1 in the seasoning for 10 ~ 15 minutes.
  3. Chop the garlic shoots into 4 cm.
  4. Mix the ☆ ingredients.
  5. Pat dry the excess sauce from Step 2 with paper towels, and coat with katakuriko.
