  1. Mix everything in Mince meat.take a teaspoon full of mixture and cook for tasting adjust the salt and chills at this stage.mix again and if it's right shallow fry the kabab.you can make it in to any shape you want at this stage.
  2. Cook till they are golden brown in colour and cooked all the way through.serve it hot with any sauce or chutney you want or in a wrap or sandwich.you can make a burger size kabab make a burger as well from this mixture.
