  1. Mix the meat ingredients in a bowl and roll into ~30 meatballs and start frying them in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  2. In a pot, add the potato and carrot cubes, chopped onions, garlic cloves and coriander powder with 2 tablespoons olive oil and the salt and mix on a medium heat for 5 minutes
  3. In a jug mix the sauce ingredients in ~1 L of lukewarm water then add it the liquid to the vegetables. Cover and keep on a medium heat for 10 min until the vegetables are almost soft and cooked
  4. When the meatballs are well cooked, remove them from the pan and add them to the pot with the sauce and the vegetables and leave for another 10min until the sauce thickens a bit and all the ingredients are well combined.
  5. Best served hot with white rice on the side
