The ingredients needed to make Tuna Salad:
  1. Take 1 can tuna in minerals water is what i choose
  2. Take 4 medium size cucumber
  3. Take 1 bunch coriander
  4. Make ready 2 lime ,about 1 tbsp juice

  6. Prepare 10 hot chili or less
  7. Take 2 clove garlic

Drain tuna then add to mayonnaise mixture. Use a fork to break up tuna into flakes. To keep things from getting too heavy, fresh lemon juice and a little Dijon mustard bring balance and brightness. (If you want, you can withhold one tablespoon of mayo and replace it with a tablespoon of your favorite olive oil.) Flake the tuna on top of the vegetables and season with pepper.   2. Slice garlic,chili,ginger,lemongrass,coriander both stems and leaves
  3. Finely chop
  4. Open tuna ,rinse all water ,put in mixing bowls,add chopped ingredients
  5. Mix well
  6. Bring cucumber platter out from refrigerator,use small spoon to fill tuna salad to the cup
  7. Decorate with tiny leaves of coriander and small slices of red pepper..serve chill :)
