- Cut the garlic and onion into small pieces
- Prepare and clean all the seafood. Cut the squid into a ring like and remove the head of the shrimp.

- Sauté garlic and onion for about 10 minutes until slightly brown and cook don’t forget to mix it always because it will burn down.
- Add all the spices after the onion and garlic is cooked and brown.
- Add the butter
- Add the 3 cups of water and let it boil for 5 minutes
- After 5 minutes removed the oil on top of sauce and separate the sauce in the other bowl
- Use the oil that you remove and use it for frying the shrimp until it become slightly orange.. don’t over cook it
- Then add the corn
- And add all the seafood altogether and mix
- When you mix it altogether let it simmer for 5 minutes and add all the sauce that you separate in the other bowl and mix it altogether until the seafood is covered by the sauce
- Simmer it for 10 minutes more and it will be ready to serve with white rice.
