- Make ready 2 tbsp schezwan sauce
- Make ready 1 cube cheese, chopped
How to make Stuffed Bun With Veggies Recipe. To prepare Stuffed Bun With Veggies Recipe, get prep with all chopping of all the vegetables. Pour warm milk into a bowl and add sugar to it and mix well. Add the yeast to it and mix well.

- Add flour into a big bowl, make well and add yeast, sugar, curd and lukewarm water just to dilute yeast. Wait for 10 min then add oil and salt. Mix well and add water as require, knead 4-5min and prepare a smooth dough. Rest for 5 min.
- Mix rice flour and plain flour, salt and add water to bind dough. For making rice noodles, grate the dough with grater and add into boiling water with some salt and oil. Simmer for 5min and remove from water.
- Now let it cool down for 5 min, then add sliced onion, capsicum schezwan sauce and cheese. Mix well and keep aside.
- Now make small balls from dough, and prepare for bun with hand. Keep center part thick and outside line thin. Add 2spoon of stuffing and make bun with stretching the sides up and pushing stuffing inside. Seal and keep into lukewarm steamer.
- Keep it for 1 hr, and let it rise. Then steam it for 25min on medium to low heat.
- Wash and Soak rice for 10-15min, then add into pan and add glass of water. Let it simmer for 5min and then add garlic. Again simmer for 5min.
- Then churn with hand blender. Add a glass of water, Now add finely chopped carrot, cabbage and French beans. Now add salt, pepper and simmer for 5min.
- Last add lemon juice and turn the stove off.
- Now serve hot and spicy soup with soft stuffed steamed bun.

But really, prepare a bowl with the soup and broth, add as little or as much meat as you'd like, then top it off with the veggies listed below: mint, Thai basil, bean sprouts, and banana flower.
