  1. Wash, spice and cook beef and brisket bones till tender. It should have enough stock.
  2. Wash Acha thoroughly to remove sand as it can be really sandy.
  3. Dice Tomato, pepper and Onions, set aside.
  4. Cut Aleho and Yakuwa, Set aside.
  5. Taste to see if meat is tender. If stock is reduced, add 3 cups of water and allow to boil.
  6. Pour acha into boiling meat and stock. Stir continuously for a bit then add your tomatoes, Pepper and Onions and stir.
  7. Allow to thicken a bit then add your spring onions, aleho and Yakuwa. Let cook for 3mins and remove from heat.
