- Cook ur rice with salt and seasoning it shouldn't be too cooked.
- Blend ur tomatoes, pepper, tattashe, onions.
- Pound ur ginger and garlic. In a pot add oil and the ginger garlic paste and fry. Then add ur blended mixture and fry for 10 mins. Add ur meat(I fried mine).
- Once it has fried, add ur yoghurt and mix add ur seasoning and a pinch of salt and drop on top of fire.
- In a different pot, first add I cooking spoon ur fried mixture, then add 2 cooking spoon of rice on top of the mixture. Repeat until it gives u six layers and the rice should be on top.
- Add ur color side by side, and close to allow steam for 10 mins.
- Once it has steam turn the rice very well so that the mixture will be mixed up with the rice. Enjoy.
