  1. Take 1 pk Veggie meat minced (vegan ground beef)
  2. Take 1 can black bean (drained & rinsed)

  5. Get 1 cup finely chopped onion
  6. Make ready 1 can tomato sauce(I used marinara sauce for more flavor)
  7. Take 1 tsp oregano
  8. Prepare 1 tsp paprika
  9. Get 1 can mixed vegetables
  10. Make ready 1/4 tsp salt
  11. Prepare 1 tsp chilli powder
  12. Make ready 1 cup chicken broth
  13. Take 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  14. Get 1 cup chopped bell pepper (any colour will do)
  15. Get 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions to make Nearly Vegan Chilli:
  1. Sauteed with 1tbs of coconut oil onion, tomatoes, bell pepper,veggie meat, mixed vegetables until cook.
  2. To sauteed mixture add tomato paste, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt, chilli powder and stir. Then Add chicken broth, beans,tomato sauce or marinara sauce and stir then cover to simmer for 10mins. Stir at intervals.
