Steps to make Whosayna’s Pillao:
  1. Braise onions in 1/2 cup ghee mixed with 1/2 cup oil till brownish colour add garlic and whole garam masala,
  2. Now add tomatoes, ginger and saute till paste like add water and meat close the lid and keep on boil till it's tender.
  3. Now remove the broth of meat in a pot and keep on flame if water is less in broth can add little water then add potatoes and cook them till almost done.
  4. Add rice and cook and dry up the water a little then simmer till done. - If using charcoal stove it's much yummier.
