  2. While the sweet potatoes are cooking, brown meat with salt, pepper, and horseradish. Do NOT drain grease.
  3. Once the meat is browned add in enough all purpose flour to soak up the grease, add in can of beefy mushroom soup and mixed veggies. Add more salt and ground black pepper, especially salt.
  4. When the sweet potatoes are done, drain and put in mixing bowl. Add butter, milk, salt, pepper and ginger and mix. Once mixed add in sour cream and mix thoroughly.
  5. Place meat mixture into casserole dish, top with mashed sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, remove add Monterey cheese and bake until cheese is melted.

The only difference is whether you add dairy to the mashed potatoes. If you want to make a carnivore version at the same time, you can follow the same recipe, but substitute regular ground meat.
