Turn the heat down and put the lid on. Drain and rinse the beans and chop the fish into large chunks. Turn down the heat and add the beans and fish to the pan. Taste and season, then ladle into bowls, scatter with parsley leaves and serve.

Instructions to make Fish stew:
  1. Chop the garlic, onions, green chillies, tomatoes and set aside. Wash the shrimps and set aside. Keep the coconut milk powder mixed in water
  2. In a heavy rimmed pan heat oil and fry the onions to soften and not brown
  3. Add chopped green chillies, chopped garlic, paprika and stir for 1-2 mins
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and stir for 3-4 mins.
  5. Add coconut milk water and stir on high flame for a min and slow flame for 10 mins.
  6. Add shrimps and stir for 1-2 mins.
  7. Add lime juice slowly. Add chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Enjoy the stew hot with a bun.

Turn down the heat and add the beans and fish to the pan. Taste and season, then ladle into bowls, scatter with parsley leaves and serve. Method Heat a good lug of olive oil in a large pan on a medium heat. Add the tomatoes, potatoes and bay leaves and pour in the stock. Place the pan back on the heat with a large knob of butter.
