- Get 1 tsp cumin powder
- Get 4 tbsp roasted gram flour
Steps to make Beef koftay:
- Add all above menton ingredients in beef mince to mae koftas.
- Add oil in a pan add onion fry until light brown add g g paste and all spices with 3 tbsp water cook for 1 minute.
- Add tomato puree cook until oil separate.add 2 cup water.let it boil
- Make balls of beef mince prepared masala.
- Make balls and add in boiling mixture.cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes
- When water evaporate.kofas(meat ball) tender.fry until oil separate
- Add water of your choice.cook for 10 minutes on medium heat
- Add fresh coriander for garnishing.
